Lyn Hicks has embraced the wonders of nature since her childhood spent on the farm in the coal mining regions in Pennsylvania. Unsure where that love would take her she attended and graduated East Carolina University with a BSBA in Marketing Communication in 1986. After graduation, she found herself in as an Account Representative for various advertising agencies for several years.

Unsettled, Lyn's instincts were calling her back to nature - back to her roots - she abandoned the pressures of the advertising world and started propagating plants and learning from some of the greatest growers and experts the ways of horticulture. Five years later Harmony Hill Gardens was blooming in Hilltown, Pennsylvania!

As creativity in nature knows no bounds, neither does Lyn's vision for a sustainable future — Harmony Hill is giving birth to the Lotus Project. Here she intends to expand ecological facilities and sustainable energy sources in harmony with the land; host GREEN and educational events; provide a space for healing; spiritual wellness; and provide year-round artist studio space in harmony with the land.

A passionate GREEN spokesperson, student and educator, Lyn Hicks leads the Green Collaboration, and is Flower Expert for The Green Bride; is partner in All Her Glory and can be found organizing and involved in a numerous awareness events throughout the year.
